Terms for using Flowsquare.

1. About Flowsquare

Flowsquare is a financial modelling and planning tool for founders, operators and small business owners. It helps you estimate revenue, costs, break-even, payback, cash flow, scenarios and related planning outputs.

2. Not financial, legal or tax advice

Flowsquare provides planning information based on the assumptions and inputs you enter. The outputs are estimates only and should not be treated as financial, legal, tax, accounting, investment or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing the results and getting professional advice before making business decisions.

3. Your account and access

You are responsible for keeping access to your email, account and login method secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to use Flowsquare only for lawful business planning purposes.

4. Plans, payments and access

Paid plan access may be managed through our payment provider. Features, limits and pricing may vary by plan and may change over time. Payments are processed at checkout and plan access is granted immediately upon confirmation.

5. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at hello@flowsquare.xyz within 7 days of payment and we will issue a full refund. Refund requests made after 7 days of the original purchase date cannot be accommodated. Refunds are processed through our payment provider and may take a few business days to appear.

6. Your data and model inputs

You retain responsibility for the information you enter into Flowsquare. Do not enter information that you are not allowed to use, store or process. You should keep your own backup of important business data and exported reports.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Flowsquare.
• Do not use Flowsquare to upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
• Do not share access in a way that avoids plan limits or payment requirements.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Flowsquare useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, improve, suspend or remove features where needed for security, maintenance, product quality or business reasons.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowsquare is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, Flowsquare.
