How Flowsquare handles information.

1. Information we collect

Flowsquare may collect information you provide directly, such as your email address, login details, plan status, payment-related identifiers and the financial model inputs you save in the app.

2. Information from service providers

We use third-party services to operate the app, including authentication, database hosting, payments and website hosting. These providers may send us information needed to create accounts, confirm purchases, unlock plan access, process login sessions and maintain the service.

3. How we use information

To provide, secure and improve Flowsquare.
To sign you in and keep your saved model connected to your account.
To process plan access after purchase.
To respond to questions, troubleshoot issues and prevent misuse.
To understand product performance and improve the user experience.

4. Payment information

Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not store full card details in Flowsquare. We may receive payment status, plan, customer email and related checkout metadata so that the correct plan can be applied to your account.

5. Model and business data

Your model inputs may include business assumptions, financial estimates and planning notes. Treat this information carefully. Do not enter sensitive information unless you are comfortable storing it in the app and with the third-party services that help operate it.

6. Sharing information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us run Flowsquare, comply with law, protect rights and security, or complete a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

7. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce terms and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of account-related information, subject to records we need to keep for legitimate business or legal reasons.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service is perfectly secure, so you should keep your account access protected and export or back up important business information when needed.

9. Your choices

You may choose not to provide certain information, but some features may not work without it. You can also clear local browser setup values and sign out from the app when you are finished using it.
